Meet the Scientists


In late 2014 Andy Freivogel left the corporate world to start Science Retail, a consulting and tech-support company dedicated to independent coffee shops, bars, restaurants and retail stores. Co-founder, Luisa Castellanos brought expertise in web, marketing and design that many independent businesses struggle to keep up with. Together this hospitality-fueled IT support team has helped independent businesses across the country get up and running, and keep a handle on all the ever-changing technologies involved in running their businesses.

Our Scientists are much more than just your “IT Guys.” We get to know your business and your staff so we can provide customized support every step of the way. We love anything involving pizza, tacos and hot dogs that come with fries on top.
